🌿 New to the Pilates reformer or recently added one at home? This beginner-level semi-private class is designed to help you feel confident using the reformer and understanding how it fits into the Pilates system.

Each week features a new, accessible focus, so you can drop in based on your interests:

  • Beautiful, supported arm work

  • Gentle core activation

  • Strong, balanced legs

  • Supported back and posture work

  • And more

You’ll learn safe setup, spring changes, and foundational movement patterns in a small-group setting with personalized guidance — perfect for those getting started or refreshing the basics.

No prior reformer experience required. Appropriate for beginners, new home-reformer owners, or anyone wanting a confident start.

8-Week Tai Chi for Arthritis & Falls Prevention Workshop

This evidence-based program is designed to improve balance, joint mobility, strength, and confidence through gentle, flowing movements. Ideal for adults managing arthritis or other joint conditions, the class emphasizes safety, adaptability, and ease of movement in a supportive small-group setting. No prior Tai Chi experience is required, and all movements can be modified to meet individual needs. Participants often report reduced stiffness, improved stability, and greater comfort with daily activities.
