If you already feel at home on the reformer—and you’re ready to train with more intention—BaseBuilder was created for you.
This series is designed for movers with prior reformer experience and no significant physical limitations who want to build a stronger, more resilient foundation. It’s not about novelty or random intensity. It’s about progressive loading, clean mechanics, and repeatable patterns that transfer to everything else you do—running, cycling, swimming, lifting, or simply moving through life with confidence.
What “Building a Base” Really Means
A solid base is the difference between effort and efficiency. In BaseBuilder, we focus on:
Lower-body power that’s driven from the hips, not the knees or low back
Trunk strength that supports rotation, deceleration, and load
Upper-body integration that connects shoulders to core and legs
Elastic strength—the ability to absorb force and produce it again
You’ll feel challenged, but you’ll also feel organized. That’s intentional.
How the Series Is Structured
BaseBuilder runs as a small-group progressive series, allowing us to train consistently and advance week to week. Expect smart sequencing that layers:
Reformer work with jumpboard for power and cardiovascular demand
Chair and mat exercises to reinforce unilateral strength and control
Short conditioning intervals balanced with mobility resets
The programming respects recovery while still asking for focus and effort. Nothing is random; everything builds.
Who This Series Is For
BaseBuilder is a great fit if you:
Have prior reformer experience
Want more strength, stamina, and athletic challenge
Prefer structured progressions over drop-in workouts
Are currently injury-free and able to move through full ranges of motion
If you’re newer to Pilates, returning from injury, or managing chronic limitations, this series may not be the right starting point—and that’s okay. There are better pathways to get you there safely.
Why Train in a Series (Not Random Classes)?
Consistency is where results come from. Training in a series allows us to:
Track load and complexity over time
Refine technique instead of constantly relearning
Build capacity without overdoing it
You’ll notice improved confidence on the equipment, better endurance, and movement that feels more powerful—and more controlled.
Ready to Train With Intention?
BaseBuilder is for people who want to train well, not just work hard. If you’re ready to invest in a smarter kind of strength and move into your year with momentum, this series was built for you.
